POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMMENTS SAID OV...THOUGHT IT MEANT OVER VALUE ONLY TO FIND OUT OBSTRUCTED VIEW! THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP EXCEPT PUT ME ON HOLD AND SAY IT WAS IN THE SELLER AGREEMENT THEY COULD PUT OV. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM REPORTING YOU TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
