Allstate Customer Service burned out bouse - House Insurance

6 weeks ago my neighbor's house burned. There was hasmat products in his garage where the fire started, I don't know who is in charge of the claim on the house but all the aerosol cans and other products are now strewn all over the front yard there are no garage doors on the house a lot of the windows are gone and the back door is open, all I want is for allstate to stop dragging there feet and send someone to get up the garbage and board up the house until the can come to some agreement with the homeowner. I've seen rats and other animals in the garage and there are kids all over this neighborhood. It in my opinion is a very dangerous situation and allstate may be sued for more than just an eyesore left behind if something isn't done soon. The house is 61 Hamilton Drive in Jefferson Ga.
