I have been trying to get ATT Uverse since June 14th a neighbor told me he has been trying since June 1st. I have been told the service is not available to me they need to do a build up and a host of other stories. I have spoken with 2 prin techs one even spent 30 minutes yesterday trying to help me. He obviously was new since he actually cared and did a fine job. But even with the prin tech stating I am here the service is available they still refused me service. There were 4 other installers there I have pictures of the trucks and I have the ATT box in my closet with at least 5 coaxial cables dangling a computer board with 4 RJ 45 jacks attached. I am an online student and I work remotely sometimes so I need my Internet access. I ordered the u450 and elite Internet service. I have numerous other services with you home phone and internet in a different apartment and 2 cell phones. I am at the point to were I will disconnect all my services if this is not corrected immediately and go on a personal campaign telling my story to everyone on the internet, elevator, or whereever that will listen.
