Tuesday the 30th Hung Dao, work #matx911581 came to hook up my direct tv. He said he would have to run another line to hook up the t.v. and the charge would be 49.99. I agreed to the charge and he said he had other jobs that day and he would return the next day to finish. He unhooked my existing cable internet service to hook up the t.v. and left me without my internet. Yesterday he did not show and I called the company many times thru the day and they said they would send somebody else to finish the job. He did not call me for the address until 9:15 in the P.M. at which time my children were in bed and I said no thank you, I am calling AT@T to tell them I do not want their services and to disconnect and today I am still dealing with this nightmare and have no internet service.
