The Freezer was under warranty Haier has had almost 4 Months to repair or replace the Freezer with no results todate. I call but no one returns my calls, I spoke with two Mgr @ 216-328-6363 and 216-328-6365 and have also called the maint line of 877-337-3639 and have been told that someone will call me back within 24 to 48 hours - no one ever does - I want the freezer replaced. I have done everything requested as to the cord on the freezer, the receipt and label off of the freezer still no response. I will never do business with Haier again and believe me no one I know will either.
