ORDERED 2 COMPLETE SERIES DVD PACKAGES IN SEPTEMBER, HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM, THEY PROMISED SHIPMENT WITHIN 5-7 DAYS, SPOKE WITH SOME THIRD-WORLD OPERATOR WHO WAS UNABLE TO HELP, FOLLOWED THEIR LINK TO REFUND/CANCEL ORDER BUT THE LINK TOOK ME TO A BLANK PAGE, TRIED TO CALL THEM TODAY AND THE CALL WOULDN'T GO THROUGH (IT WOULD RING AND THEN HANG UP). BAD COMPANY, BAD BUSINESS, I AM NOTIFYING MY BANK TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THIS C0MPANY IS A SCAM!
