Please fix

I need our treadmill repaired. We have an extended warrenty for our Bladez treadmill through UTS and UTS will not ship the part we need nor answer their phones. This is America, and if your company performs this badly then the people will not choose your company and it will no longer exist. UTS needs to improve. I am a patient person, but UTS is ridiculus. I ask them to improve quickly and address this problem.
