the geek squad of best buy in olympia,wa and hewlett packard dionostic center screwed me. i have a h/p lap top bought from bestbuy . the screen went blank 4 days past warranty so i took it to best buy geek squad. they said these screens go out alot.for $112(including shipping)they could send it to hp to find out what went wrong. hp said the hard drive is shot,and for $450 we can put in anew one. i said no send it back to bestbuy for me to pick up. when i picked up hp said i now owned another $75. i paid took my no good laptop home put my battery pack back in and fooled around with it and it now works.(i know nothing about computers but how does a dummy like me get a blown hard drive working that hewlett packard said was blown. i was ripped off by hp and the geek squad is a fake(they should have been able to fix locally.
