I requested a change of address and phone number on our yellowpages.com ad for at least 2 months since we moved to our new location and all we get are deaf ears.
We are paying for the ads and not getting the results we would like. I spoke to numerous managers in several department and all we got is a run-around. Nothing gets done after 2 months. They told me it takes 6 weeks to change an address.
So much for high tech ... you figure it out from here. Don't waste your money.
