while upgrading my fingerprint scanner software I managed to get my self locked out of my programming pc. To remedy this I saw www.resetwindowspassword.com offering a 19.99$ application which claimed a 100 % password recovery, and a 30 day money back promise.
The reality of the purchase was ,
19.99 the base program.
3.99 for what they called continued download support.
10.00 for an upgrade for the program to have all advertised features. And 13.00 for tax totaling out my 19.99 online purchase at a whopping 37$.
Now for the kicker. . . The download i was given from the purchase, is an empty file with absolutely nothing in it.
So i tried the "continued download support" which i paid 4 $ for, which had the same empty file.
So i tried to email EVERY email listed on the support / contact page. Every single email came back undeliverable.
End result:
Its not a legit company. It has no product to deliver on purchase. I will be enjoying another day of dealing with my bank to try to get my money back.
Avoid this company like the plauge.

I have managed to get an email threw. They refuse to give me a refund and keep telling me to burn the empty iso to yet more disk. So far i have ruined 31 cd's and dvd's. More importantly I found NT offline password reset. Its free and did the job with out issue. Contacted my bank to put a stop on the charges. Should know in 4 days to 4 weeks the out come.

I did however find closure threw my bank, in the end receiving the full amount back the day after it caused an over draft. Basically TCF banks way of saying thank you for being a customer, 1 week of arguing with TCF and 2 escalations later, I have not only received the original refund, but half of the fees incurred as well. TCF did lose my confidence and i will be opening a chase account soon. My 40 $ refund in the end cost me 70 $ TCF tried for 140. This is a blessing. I was going to open my business account there that same day the fees were put in, (12 hrs b4 the deposit of the 40$ which caused it all).
