Subject: False Advertising/ Bad Product/Bad Service

Hugger:
They advertised a Hugger for Yamaha that not only they do not carry, but tell you on the phone that they do (!) and when the merchandise arrived and (of course) it is not the same one as order, to top ii all, they'll charge you a re-stocking fee for returning the hugger.

Rear Mirror -Pig Spotter Mirror:
On the phone they will say they are as good as the stock one. They would fit a Yamaha R1. Well it does not, they do not fit the function of a rearmirror , they look good period. The mirror is not adjustable.

Serious riders be aware that those costumer services do know squat about motorcycle, and they are dishonest or plain stupid. Beware.
