Ordered 6 Chicken Biscuits. Paid $12.28 for Chicken Biscuits. Got to work 20 minutes later to find that I had 6 Sausage Biscuits. Called the restaurant and spoke to manager Maria. She wanted me to come bring them back for refund or exchange. I AM AT WORK!!! She continued to say bring them back..NO HELP WHATSOEVER! I want a refund for the order. It is insane to think that someone that is at work can leave and drive 20 minutes back to a restaurant, that should have gotten the order correct to begin with, and return food for a refund. I would not be calling her if I could come back, I WOULD BE DRIVING UP TO THE RESTAURANT!! I had promised to bring Chicken biscuits to the 4 people at work for their breakfast. Also bought extra for my lunch! Who wants sausage biscuits for lunch? NOT ME! I expect a full refund. I will be returning 2 of the sausage biscuits to the manager. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
