I ordered online and had no problems. No pressure. I was really sore the first few days, but quickly recovered. I lost 5 pounds and 3 inches in my waist in the first 3 days. I stuck to the meal plan exactly as written. I'm looking forward to losing a lot more!

Great to find someone else who had a great experience with this program. I'm on day 2 (Day 1 with the meal plan). I am sore but I know that will change. Good Luck keep us posted
