worst customer service ever - rings

I will NEVER shop at gems tv again. They have horrible customer service! They refused to return my money for 2 rings that I bought, but returned back to them.
They said I cut the tags off of the rings, so I couldn't return them. However, I did NOT cut the tags off of the rings at all. The customer service person refused to listen to me. They refused to allow me to even speak with a supervisor. I will now have to take them to small claims court. HORRIBLE business practices here. Don't shop from them. Buyer beware
