worst company ever encountered. We had their service which we paid quite a bit a month for and had their DSL internet. The internet hardly ever worked. We called and made service calls. Fi. nally someone realized there was a bad line. Someone was to come the next day. He never showed, We continued to have problems.. Then after a year of service they upped our monthly rate. We called again and complained that the internet hardly ever worked. We told them that we were paying more for something that didn't work. We were told this is the cheapest they could go but they could take off our linebacker to save $5 a month. We told the idiot that after telling him that our line was bad why would we take off the linebacker, I guess it wouldn't have mattered, it wasn't getting fixed anyway, We decided to call around and get a new service, As soon as the line was transferred nothing worked at all, The phone line was hard to hear from to begin with but it kind of worked, Now that didn't even work, We were told AT&T was responsible, There response, not our problem. I would not pay what was left of the last bill (one agent told me to short pay). I was told too bad yes I would have to, Do not deal with AT&T, They do not care about their customers!
