Crescent Processing company Complaint

withholding funds

We quit another processor when their sales rep, promised us a timely service
and complete care. Fine until we ran a large ticket, and they decide to
investigate while they hold the funds.
No one can tell me why or what
amount causes this to happen. We will go back to paypal as we only run 10 or so transactions monthly.

The salesman used my limited time to rush through a hell of a sales pitch..neglected to tell me about 1/2 of the fees, and the 4 year contract!!!
The customer service reps are rude too.
