why are we allowing this cable company to have so much power?????? had a storm in my neighborhood lost phone service, road runner and television. called three times had to be put on call back list waited an hour for call back two times. cable guy appeared 9 pm outside on pole by the time i got outside he was gone and i still had no service. called again at 6 am said they could get someone out in eleven days!!!!!!!!!!! i can't stand warner cable.
