recentally moved in house wired for fios i decided to go with verizon wife didnt agree? for starters they said they wouldnt be able to make it there for almost 2 weeks(comcast told wife 2 days)after talking with verizon they said they could speed it up to like 4days since house was already wired for fios then told to be home between 1 and 5 after4 called to make sure someone was coming was on hold or talking to robot secartary till 5:30 till they said they where on their way man arrived before 7 but managed to get everything done said to call in morning about movie channels not turning on after being on hold for couple more hrs and back w/robot was told it had something to do with pending order after asking several agents what that meant they basically didnt no either then more bs about it will be fixed tomorrow turns out they couldnt because of previous resident wasnt shut off or somethingthen talked w/someone who gave me the impression that i should find the previous resident told them that should be their job oh yeah back to more tomorrow bullshit promises more hrs of on hold they call me and say it can be fixed by the 2nd movie channels then called and given tomrrow bullshit again after waiting over a week and half tv turns off comepletally thought oh they must be finally fixing it no tv back to robot that tells me service shut off more hrs of hold told since it is past noon it would be fixed and everything would be fine by morning nothing again but run arounds and bullshit then told again that it is cause of previous tenant right now have been waiting on phone call back it has been over 2 1/2 hrs still nothing i now feel that the jb hunt customer service award is probally something you buy cause they sure as hell could not have earned it
