we ordered 2 new york strips/ they came back both cooked the same and full of gristle at least one of the steaks was able to be half eaten. The mang. said they had problems with the meat supplier and had this problem before. He only took $5. off our bill, even though they had improperly cooked them. we had eaten here many times before with no problems.we feel he should have taken off more than$5.because the steaks were more than $16 each the service was great thank you
