waste of time........ - Television Show DVDs

Several weeks ago I placed a rather large order online and since then i have received 6-8 identical e-mails still telling me that my stuff is on backorder. All e-mails are the same!! - automated one would assume. I then went into each e-mail and clicked on the cancel order option. The next morning I received the same e-mail again telling me that my stuff is on backorder!!!! I responded to the e-mail again telling them that they no longer have permission to charge my credit card as i have canceled the order several times and if the do i will be forced to take legal action. At an earlier time I e-mailed them with a question about the order I placed, as I am a 1st time user,and I received no response. I will certainly not be using this company for anything more. Extremely poor service and pitiful customer response

you're lucky you got backordered, another person got their order in and half the disks didn't work.
