Never again I'll buy the service plan from Best Buy. It is a waste of money. I tried using for the first time after having it for 4 yrs and they could only come within 2 weeks from the day I called. What am I supposed to do during those 2 weeks? That's ridiculous. They told me they do not have enough man power.
