vontage thumbs double down - vontage telephone service

Vontage said on t.v. they have international phone service but apparently not Germany. I recieved a large bill from them. First of all my bill has never been 24.95 it is always more (for two years) usually 35.00 but I was pretty ok with it never complained. When I received my huge bill it was for the Germany calls I cancelled them. I received a "final" bill for 110.00 after paying a much larger one. I did not feel this was right but I thought o.k. I am rid of them. Then 2 days later I receive another "final" bill for 131.00 this is not o.k. I go to the bank there is nothing they can do vontaage can take another "final" bill if they choose to. I plan to see where I would be able to make a consumer complaint I certainly need to. Ms. Brown
