vonage is a bad company - home phone

When I got my connection, they call me said it is a real good and I ask, since I am not sure of using it longer time what will happen if I want to disconnect. they said simply call them and request to disconnect and their wont be any charges. When I ask them to disconnect they said I have to pay for disconnection but they told me and verify there is no disconnection fee.

this company is a day light robbery company. Don't do business with them.

Vonage is a very bad company with a Nazi mentality.I sign with this evil company,cancel immediately.They shipped their devices anyway,I return them and they are still charges every month so far they have refuse to stop the unauthorized charges.YOU NEED TO CALL THE BBB ON THIS COMPANY.
