very very rude sale woman - customer service is bad

i went to register to check item that i want to buy. i waited for at least fiften minutes in line even though there were only one person in front of me. the sale woman was so inconsiderate, and rude. she was helping someone to pick the dress they want, i waited and waited nicely. she still did not care that i need to go while i have three kids with me. i decided to say how long this is going to take. instead of saying to me sorry for the wait or just afew minutes she said what ever it takes it takes. where do they bring this kind of people to work for big company like macy's . macy's please make sure to hire nice people, so i can appreciate my shopping there instead of feeling bad the rest of the day
