very bad customer service and "tech" support - customer service

hi all i have got a dell inspiron 1545 laptop i have had it for 5 months now

in the last month i have had to have

a replacement battery as it stopped charging

a placement charger as that went as well
and the latest in dell crap hardware the hard drive

i had it "repaired" by a so called engineer and when i got it back it had a funny smell,scratched and smudged screen and scratched base

now anyone with a brain who knows how to use a screwdriver knows that the screwdriver goes on the screw

but not these prats they decided to scratch the hell out of it before fitting the hard drive how f****ng stupid can you get!!!

i made a complaint to the customer "service" and they tried to blackmail me with ink cartridges and then tried to blag me to buy a extended warrenty i said if u give me it free the rep laughed at me i said well you can stick it then

when i said i would like to speak to a experienced uk engineer they claimed it was "not possible" as they are in india so i said well im in the bloody uk and would rather speak to a uk rep with knowledge not reading from a book.

they are arrogant stupid ill trained and the worst people i have ever spoke to they cant even spell or speak proper english and addresses me as "mr aron" when thats not my surname

ban these idiot call centers we are sick of uk companys paying cheap labour indians to do the job UK people should be doing so take note DELL 3 AND VIRGIN GET A UK CALL CENTER AND PAY DECENT PEOPLE WHO AINT THICK TO DO IT!!!!
