Absolutely agree!

BAD SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUCK!! I GOT THE PACKAGE IN OTTAWA, CANADA. I WAS HOME BUT THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T CONTACT ME. IT'S FINE BUT WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE..SHE WAS RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!
