unhappy customer - long distance phone service

2 weeks ago my boyfriend received a call from Peak communications Inc. provided by Qwest communication, requested to disconnect our telephpone service from Timewarner Cable Company for how many days we don't have a phone call, so, we call time warner cable and we found out that our service was disconnected due to the Qwest request. Finally Timewarner Cable company helped us to put back our phone. This Qwest Company should not be in this business if they are going to missed up peoples service. If we get charged from Timewarner Cable we should get a refund from this company
