When my mom went into this studio to pick up the photos we took over the Christmas break, Helen falsely accused me of writing the negative review written on 12/27. Though my mom explained that it was not written by me or anyone in my family, she refused to believe it, insisted it was us, and began to yell at my mom in front of other customers. All of this is unfortunate because it leaves a horrible impression of the studio in our minds. The day of the shoot, the photographer was gracious and quite personable spending a good amount of time with our family to get the best results possible (though the backdrops in the studio were dated). Because the studio refuses to post the pictures with watermarks (like many professional photography studios) on a website, we were at the studio for 6 hours total picking our pictures after the photographer downloaded them. It caused unreasonable stress and exhaustion to have to hurry through our choices. Like the other family that posted on 12/27, we found that the studio was unwilling to negotiate the price; however, that is their choice and right. While our experience the day of the shoot was adequate, the customer service after they had already received payment was unacceptable and unfair. We will not be returning to seek their services
