uHaul Disappointed pockets - UBOX Storage

I rented a UBox on Saturday because I was moving some things from Fayetteville to Knightdale NC. When I saw that I didn't have enough items to pay $50/mo for the storage unit I decided to bring everything home and give much of it away. I went back on Thursday to rent a van and pick up my stuff. I thought that my stuff would be stored at the 4720 New Bern Avenue
(Hwy 64 East)
Raleigh, NC 27610
address but it was not. It was stored all the way downtown on Capital Blvd so I had to go there to pick it up. I was also disappointed to find out that I wouldn't be refunded for the storage unit at least half of the money since I only had it for 4 days. This is very unsettling. Try to save money and get screwed. 1st month free? No second month free!!!!!!! They should change that. I won't be using or recommending them to anyone else. Chuck was really nice though.
