Ordered some DVDs as a birthday present & have never recieved them even though i have paid for them!!!! I have sent countless emails to this company who have failed to respond & have had to take the matter further. Please be aware when buying from this company, in my opinion they just rip you off & are on a nice little earner from people like me!

I had the same problem. I ordered the NCIS boxset and never recieved it. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I emailed the IC3 (an investigative unit of the FBI) and they sent my information to the proper authorities. I am still waiting for the merchandise or a refund. I better get it.
