i have had a repair man to my house to fix my 62 inch big screen tv well he came out to clean it but he did somthing to it and broke it they have came out 4-5 times and cant seem to get the right part for my tv so they reorder parts and they are still wrong i dont know what they are doing but they need to get some people that know what they are doing because they have cost me alot of money taking off work and better yet they call and say they will be here somtime between 8 and 5 i can not keep taking off work to do this the only good thing about sears is that they will give you a new tool if it brake BUT THAT IS IT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THER TECHS SO THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY ABOUT SEARS IS DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU EVERYTIME
