tracFone abuse of customers

tracFone made phones obsolete. i was notified i had such an obsolete phone and tracfone would send me their new style free of charge.

i got the phone. it is defective. when you call tracfone to tell them that, they fail to respond. they do not speak english very well so it takes them a long time to respond. they also do not want to send a new phone to replace the defective one, i spent hours on the telephone so far and still am without my new working phone.

this company is the pits. their customer service is deficient. they fail to honor what they tell you.
