total ripoff!!

I purchased a jawbone 2 from n1 wireless. It was used and did not work!! would not charge or pair with my phone and one button was broken!! I called them and was given the runaround and left on hold forever. Do not buy from them!! Total waste of money!! They never tell you that the product is used!
