this one is for any one thinking about getting a cell phone through unicel l DONT the communication within the company is very poor i am homeless an got a phone through a program they told me about an even after the progarm approved me my phone was shut off several times because the deposit was unpaid ... the otap program was supposed to pay it for me never happened i filled the same paper work out several times an overall if ya have to go through otap or unicell for a phone just go buy a prepaid cell phone they dont harrass ya to death steve wardrip
