Please Improve

This is a really shaky outfit. I ordered an old TV show I couldn't find anywhere else. After a couple of automated email responses saying my credit card was rejected, I thought "fine - I'll just not respond and they'll cancel the order" (their web page alone should give anyone 2nd thoughts). About a week later I got another email (actually I started getting about 6 identical emails a day) saying my order was on backorder. I sent them several emails telling them NO - cancel the order, never received a response and their automated emailer kept flooding my inbox daily with the same identical message regarding the backorder. I was fortunate, I instructed my credit card company to not accept the charge and they dutifully charged back the amount. About 2 months later, the DVD's suddenly arrived, and I'll absolutely agree with the other comments here - they are CRAP!! Just recorded off a VCR - I guess I'm lucky, at least they played. I sent them an email asking for return shipping instructions but have never heard back from them. And don't waste your time calling their "customer service" number - no one will ever answer it.
