they sell me stolen tires - tires

I buy a new set of rins an tires at NTB at San Antonio Tx. and I just found out that the tires that they sell me are not the ones on my invoice, and they can not guarantee a tire that is sold by an other dealer they sold it to me and they don't know where it come from even if thy sold it; I spoke to the manager and he accept that some one was doing that and told me that they fired that person. and apparently that solve the problem for them;
So I end up with a set of stolen & defective tires An attorney always want money at front and they don't whant small cases
The better bussiness bureau don't do any thing
what should I do?
