they change the service of conference calling in middle of contact.when i order the magic jack i conform to give me access to my class (in free conference room)in trial time its work OK.but after 5-6 months they change the service .& my class is very important to me & i just get this service because of my class.I try to chart with them they didn't give me solution .they says to tell the provider to e-mail us but it was very old room i don't know provider.horrible service**here are some dialog of conversation

Lovelyn: Since you have ordered the magicjack last year then you are not anymore entitled for any refund. The refund is only applicable within 30 days trial period.
xxx: but you should not change service you give me some service before now you can not take it back in middle of contract

Any service provider who is currently being blocked may interconnect with magicjack for free so our customers may complete their calls.
