we love the Cheesecake Factory, but yesterday we were very disappointed with our lunch. We ordered Renee's
Special which was soup (Spicy Mexican Chicken Soup) and sandwich. With the soup we ordered turkey with lettuce & tomato on whole wheat baguette and small green salad. The bread was stale & hard to eat; the soup, which is one of our favorites was not the same as usual and we could not enjoy it. I just hope that this was just a fluke, because we will missing eating there if it is not.
There were 4 more in our party and they enjoyed their food.
We all also had cheesecake & chococate cake for desser, which we ALL enjoyed.

enjoyed outstanding Kahula cheesecake at Roseville Cheesecake Factory while attending a babyshower. It was the 1st time I ate there and it was amazing.

We eat at the Cheesecake Factory at least twice a month in New Jersey because of the variety. We especially enjoy the four cheese pasta and the chicken Ceaser salad. We also like the atmosphere and the service is always above average!Survey code 0196-60040-11059

Enjoyed great service especially liked stuffed mushrooms in wine sauce and onion rings. Rene special with chicken artichoke soup was tasty...turkey sandwich was ok! I find that your food is consistently good quality and service is good.
