the worst phones & service i have ever had! clear talk's cop out is the fact that you don't have a contract, so they don't need to be accountable for the poor phones & service..and refuse to give refunds. the manager of the 5436-4 blanding blvd. store in jax, fl told me & my son's mom from her own mouth that the phones were cheap phones. the phone i have ($160.00) she said 6out of 10 will be bad, & my son's mom's phone( $80.00) she said 8 out of 10 will be bad but, she still would not give me my money back. even when we swooped out the old phones and still had bad service they still say they can't be held responsable.
