I visited long horn steakhouse tonight. the service started out good enough. but by the time i had finished my first drink and waited an additional five min. the bartender had still not taken my order or asked if i wanted another drink. he finally took my order 10 min later but still didnt get me another drink. my steak arrived before my salad and had to ask the bartender repeatedly for my second drink. I finished my drink before my steak and the bar tender did not ask if i wanted another drink. the place is severely under staffed and under trained.
