terrible service - wait time

While getting off the highway for a break we decided to give burger king a try..there were 4 other choices available. We proceeded thru the drivethru with an order that did not exceed 4 whoppers and a couple of orders of fries. We were told to pull up and wait...after waiting 10-15 minutes I proceeded to walk inside to see what the hold up was. Upon entering I see approximately 20 people waiting for their orders..2 of us that were waiting for the drivethru asked to have our money refunded since it would be another 15 minutes to get our food. I was extremely angry since I do not frequent burger king that often. In the future burger king will not be my first choice nor my second choice. This store was located on washington in mt. pleasant wisconsin.
