terrible mattress - Postures Pedic

We purchase a mattress/box spring from sears 9 months ago, and it is very uncomfortable, we tried to flip/turn and it still hurts our back. And that shouldn't happen I think a bed should last forever. Also we paid over $2,000 for this bed a posture pedic bed. I contacted sears and they gave us the run around about returning/exchanging the bed. I will never in a million years buy another bed from sears, they are not concern about their customers, just how many beds they can sale.
