terrible customer treatment

I've placed my order with TyentUSA in mid May. I have been told that my order should arrive within 10 business days - around May 25. On May 29 I still did not receive my order and decided to call TyentUSA. The only person that was available to speak to me was receptionist, which did not have any information to help me. I've been told that someone from TyentUSA will call me back. After a few hours of waiting for that call I called them again - the same story. I have waited some more and called them again - the same story again! So far - still waiting...

The latest on my comment that started this post. After waiting 5 days I FINALLY got my machine. Tyent must be delivery through horse and buggy or something. When I order stuff online, I have it in 4 days tops. 5 days for a delivery that is only 8 states away is unacceptable.

Have your ionizer reach you yet? They do not respond even when I emailed them for explanation ... well it is just our bad luck to encounter such lousy service
