American Mattress Complaint

This company's salesman mislead me when he told my old bed would be dismantled and removed. I didn't read the written contract as closely as I should. The "bed" was defined by the company as the mattresses not the frame, headboard, or footboard, as explained to me when I called to complain. The person I spoke to showed absolutely no concern about my dissatisfaction. I would warn anyone dealing with this company to read the contract very, very carefully (because the salesman's word is not to be believed) and prepare for heavy lifting.
Also, I had to schedule delivery twice due to a miscalculation on the company's part. Once they have your money, I guess, the customer doesn't matter to this company - that's the impression they gave me.
