Now they just promised to fix it(again) in 3 days... So we need to wait another 3 days although we don't believe their promise anymore.
At the same time, we got the first AT&T bill to the new house. They charged us "switch address" fee on the bill!
The at&t customer service is really terrible. Everybody there sounds nice but not helpful at all. Or they are just clueless for their job... We are angry!
