Two weeks ago on a Sunday, we suddenly lost cable and computer service. We could not get throught to any human being and were told constantly that all circuits were busy. For the last two nights our television picture has continued to freeze. Guess what--all we can get on the line is advertising, no Customer service. We believe our bill should be adjusted for lack of service--will we ever reach a human being? We have been on the phone for 1/2 hour without contact. We believe we should be compensated for our lack of tv cable service for the last two days and lack of phone and cable for a morning two weeks ago.
