There is employees on the 3rd shift being mistreated by a team leader.For one i dont see the need of even having a team leader it,s not like there is a bunch of kids working there.Everyone knows what there job is and it gets done in a timely fashion.Its seems the whole 3rd shift has a problem with this certain team leader but management sides with her all the time in my judgement i think this person intimadates them.when this person is off everything runs smoothly with no problems.We have 2 team leaders on 3rd shift but the need is only for one.The back up team leader abuses the job thats giving to them.WALMART IN CROSSVILLE TN.N MAIN..HOPE SOMEONE CAN PUT A STOP TO THIS SO EVERYONE ON 3RD SHIFT CAN ENJOY COMING TO WORK.THANK YOU
