When are you going to open your express
registers by the doors? It is very
annoying to have to wait in line with one item while someone has 10 items in

front of you. I don't know how often
I've heard people complain in line,
many many times! What happened to the culture of pleasing the customer. I
know you would prefer that the customer would experience the whole store but
sometimes it is NOT WHAT WE WANT.
