talking about bad service - 42 inch flat screen

Bestbuy Greek Squad should be changed to unreliable squad..my tv broke 6 months ago and the tech that was supposed to come fix it has cancelled on me 4 times...everytime you ask to speak to supersivor they can never be found....
Never get a warranty from them..dont waste your time...there is there warranty places out there that are just as good with better service.
