I stopped at Leslies on my way home from work. It was 5 or 6 minutes before listed closing time yet, the door was locked. I could see the employees inside, 1 appeared to be closing out the register. I knocked on the door and pointed at my watch but they ignored me. I had just driven 40 minutes to get there before closing time and that is how I'm treated??? I went to their website and complained but no response. I'm buying equipment and supplies online from others from now on...

Did you not understand what I wrote? It was 5 or 6 minutes before the posted closing time. The slackers obviously locked the door early to get a head start on closing!

Employees go by what the registers say. Corp. sets the software. If it says time to close, it's time to close. It's not like they don't post the closing times.
